The Tenino High School Library is one of the greatest resources we provide to our students. The Library is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., as well as during lunch from 11:39 a.m. to 12:14 p.m. We allow students to check out books, conduct research, study, read magazines and books, and use our computer resources. Our librarian, Ms. Aarde, is always willing to help our students with any research or homework needs.

The library is where our student ChromeBooks are stored if a student does not have home use. It is never too late to complete the online orientation, complete the permission slip, and pay the insurance fee. We allow students to take their ChromeBook home once the three steps are complete. We also give students a charger to take home.

Parents, is important to provide reading materials in your home as well. We suggest making resources available that are socially important to teens, such as items related to movies, magazines, or even comic books. A love of reading truly will last a lifetime. Sometimes teenagers just need to find the right book or get an extra nudge to start moving in the right direction. So get out there and enjoy a book!
